Clinton's blog? I've looked at it before and still can't figure it out. Not that I need to.

Coincidentally, I picked up a copy of Time Mag. lying around at a health club and found that some U.N. operative named Jeffery Sacks [?] was featured as having a solution to world poverty. He didn't, but there was Bono also pictured calling Sacks "my professor". Or was it Susan Estrich I saw? I don't want to meet any of them.

Seems to me anybody with the magic checkbook can push reforms as well as the next guy. The real question is will they?

At least they didn't name Yeltsin.
